Application submission
In order to extend the certificate of private practice, an application shall be submitted to the State Education Quality Service, which shall be accompanied by documents certifying the development of the professional competence of the educator and continuing training (if the data have not been entered VIIS).
The service is provided for free.

The documents submitted shall be processed, the issuing commission for the commencement of the private practice of teachers shall review the submission of the applicant and take a decision regarding the extension of the term of the certificate for a period of three years or a refusal.Entry of information in the register
Information regarding the decision taken shall be entered in the public register of private practice educators in State education information system (www.viis.lv).
